ขอเรียนเชิญ ผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการภาคอุตสาหกรรมเข้าร่วมการอบรม

ในหัวข้อ “มาตรฐาน โอกาสทางธุรกิจ และการจัดการความเสี่ยงในโซ่อุปทาน”

วัตถุประสงค์

     เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมสามารนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปพัฒนาระบบงานให้พร้อมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในมิติของโอกาสและความเสี่ยงที่หลากหลายในโซ่อุปทาน สามารถเชื่อมโยงต่อยอดกลยุทธ์องค์กรในการสร้างความสามารถใหม่ให้แก่องค์กร และบูรณาการความคิดสู่วิธีการปฏิบัติในระบบมาตรฐานขององค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน

ระยะเวลาการฝึกอบรม

     ระหว่างวันที่ 28-29 พฤศจิกายน 2561

     ผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้รับการฝึกอบรม รวมระยะเวลา 2 วัน (12 ชั่วโมง)

กิจกรรม เนื้อหา และรูปแบบ

     จัดการฝึกอบรม หลักสูตร “มาตรฐาน โอกาสทางธุรกิจ และการจัดการความเสี่ยงในโซ่อุปทาน” จำนวน 2 วัน ซึ่งประกอบด้วยเนื้อหาการอบรม ดังนี้

Chapter 3: Company-wide Safety/ Security program –integrated, risk-based and practical approach

• Managing your Quality System - process & product control

• Establish risk profiles models

• Internal Control Systems (ICS) and control of external materials and services

Chapter 4: Supply chain risk management – international best practice (based on PAS 7000)

Chapter 5: Non-conformity management

Chapter 6: Key competencies required for effective Safety/ Security program

Chapter 7: Managing specific schemes - private label, franchising models, etc.  

Chapter 8: Impact on digitalization & innovations that shape business and society – getting your system better prepared;

• The Age of Consumerism – new consumer mentality

• Customer centric approach – service oriented and user experience

• Corporate governance & sustainability - new opportunities & risks landscape

Chapter 9: Business continuity – BCP, emergency response, crisis management
